Exhibit "A" <br />RE: Lots 22 & 23 Meadowlark West Third Subdivision <br />Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property ") <br />6 <br />201504200 <br />The plans submitted by JoEl Investment Group, LLC and prepared by Reed Design Architects <br />(the "Plans ") involving the "Raising Canes" building are approved subject to the following: <br />1. The Plans are subject to (i) applicable buildin and fire codes and zoning ordinances, and <br />(ii) the Development Agreement between Allen 13 Street LLC, a Nebraska limited liability <br />company, and JoEl Investment Group, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, involving the <br />Property and which will be executed by the parties at Closing. <br />2. All rooftop equipment or building components must be screened from public view from <br />all directions. <br />3. Parking lot poles and heads are to be dark bronze and of a style and design substantially <br />similar to those presently situated within the outparcels of Eagle Run Shopping Center fronting <br />State Highway 281. <br />
