<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 27, 1996 executed by Hugo Harders, a single
<br />person and Rodney Harders and Norma Jean Harders, husband and wife in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #96-
<br />110085, on the 31 st day of December, 1996, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (SW1 /4 NW1 /4)
<br />AND THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (W1/2 SE1 /4 NW1 /4), ALL IN SECTION THREE (3), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)
<br />NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN (11), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
