That she is the daughter of Martin E. Gonzalez and Patricia C. Vega who, while <br />they lived together as husband and wife, never married, and were not in fact husband and wife. <br />2. That her parents, did, purchase real estate reflected on a Warranty Deed dated <br />April 16, 2001, and recorded April 18, 2001 as Instrument #0200103412, in which they purchased the <br />following described real estate, to wit: <br />Lot 23, Piper' s Glen Subdivision, being a subdivision of Lots 8 & 9, <br />• Warrens' Subdivision, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />M <br />3. That while that the aforesaid Deed reflects therein that her parents, Martin E. <br />Gonzalez and Patricia C. Vega, purchased the same as husband and wife, they were not in fact <br />+�*+ married and were not husband and wife. <br />4 <br />4.
