<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 11, 1998 executed by B & B Rental Properties, Inc., in O
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was

<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #98-
<br />105671, on the 12th day of June 1998, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />ALL THAT PART OF LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4), BLOCK THREE (3), IN
<br />LAKEVIEW, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING
<br />AT A POINT FIFTY -SIX (56) FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
<br />LOT FOUR (4) IN SAID BLOCK; RUNNING THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE
<br />NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOTS, A DISTANCE OF SEVENTY (70) FEET;
<br />THENCE SOUTH, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT
<br />FOUR (4), A DISTANCE OF FORTY -TWO (42) FEET; THENCE WEST, A
<br />DISTANCE OF SEVENY (70) FEET; AND THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF
<br />FORTY -TWO (42) FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
