<br />Robert R. Kelley, Trustee, Of the Howard N Kelley Revocable Trust Dated November 22, 1993,
<br />herein called the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand
<br />Nine Hundred and No /100ths Dollars ($135,900.00) received from GRANTEE, do grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto Dru A. Duering , And Pamela L Duering , Husband And Wife as joint
<br />tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Two (2), Four (4), Six (6), and Eight (8), in Block One (1), in University Place, an addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together with all the tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said GRANTEE and their assigns
<br />forever.
<br />And GRANTORS do hereby convenant with the GRANTEE that GRANTORS are lawfully seized of
<br />said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; that they are conveyed subject to covenants,
<br />conditions, restriction, reservations and easements of record; that GRANTORS have good right and
<br />lawful authority to convey the same; and that GRANTORS warrant and will defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
