ORDINANCE NO. 8560 An ordinance to create Street Improvement District No. 1229; to define the boundaries of the district; to provide for the improvement of an alley within the district by paving, curbing, guttering, storm drainage, and other incidential work in connection therewith; to provide for the filing of this ordinance with the Hall County Register of Deeds; and to provide the publication and effective date of this ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1229 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot One (1), Block Sixty Six (66), Original Town, said point also being the intersection of the west line of Pine Street and the south line of Third Street; thence east on the south line of Third Street and a prolongation thereof to the east line of Sycamore Street; thence south on the east line of Sycamore Street to the north line of Second Street; thence west on the north line of Second Street and a prolongation thereof to the west line of Pine Approved as to Form ♦ _� February 3, 2000 ♦ City Attorney o rb .
