<br /> L s WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, it's authorized officer, as trustee under

<br /> the Trust Deed dated 10/09/2002 and recorded on 10/16/2002, recorded as Instrument 0200211145;
<br /> UAg executed by Craig M. McIntyre and Amy M. McIntyre, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is
<br /> named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br /> reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the
<br /> note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee,for cancellation;
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed,the said
<br /> bank by and through its authorized officer as trustee,does hereby reconvey,without warranty,to the
<br /> person or persons entitled thereto, namely Craig M. McIntyre and Amy M. McIntyre,the estate now held by
<br /> it thereunder,to-wit:
