<br />2013, executed by Jeffrey L Ross and Mary Jo Ross; Husband and Wife ( "Trustor "); in which CORNERSTONE
<br />B , is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded August 26, 2013, in instrument
<br />nu ber 201306979, and re- recorded October 04, 2013, in instrument number 201308121, and later a Modification
<br />of a above Deed of Trust dated November 27, 2013 in instrument number 2013309486 in the office of the
<br />Re ister of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />rec nvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and
<br />the ote secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
