Lindquist <br />Abrahams, Kaslow & Cassman <br />8712 West Dodge Road, Suite 300 <br />Omaha, NE 68114 -3419 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />Loan No. 5283088 <br />Notice is hereby given that Francisco Miguel and Angelina Domingo DeMiguel, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. <br />97- 105157 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska on June 30, 1997 which Deed of Trust conveyed the <br />following described real estate, to -wit: <br />A certain part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-Six (26), in Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows, to wit: From a point where the north right -of -way line of the Union Pacific <br />Railroad Company intersects the east line of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty- <br />six (26), in Township Eleven (11), North Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., running thence <br />southwesterly along and upon the north right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, <br />for a distance of 450.0 feet to the actual point of beginning, running thence north parallel to the <br />east line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of said Section Twenty-six (26), 225.0 feet, running <br />thence southwesterly parallel to the north right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad <br />Company, for a distance of 225.0 feet, running thence south parallel to the east line of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of said Section Twenty-six (26), 225.0 feet to a point on the North <br />right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, running thence northeasterly along and <br />upon the north right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, a distance of 225.0 feet <br />to the point of beginning, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under the terms of <br />said Deed of Trust. <br />The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said Deed of Trust when due. <br />On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust, the Assignee Beneficiary and the Successor <br />Trustee under said Deed of Trust have elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said indebtedness. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute the debt or <br />any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the undersigned in writing <br />within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. In addition, if the original creditor is different from <br />the above -named creditor, the name and address of the original creditor will be provided to you if you request this <br />information in writing from the undersigned within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice.
