<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Steven S.
<br />Stauffer and Lucy M. Stauffer, Husband and Wife, to FirsTier Bank, National Association,
<br />Omaha, NE now known as U. S. Bank National Association, the Beneficiary named therein, and
<br />dated May 4, 1993, and recorded May 12, 1993 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, NE as Document No. 93- 103796 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by endorsement
<br />below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all of the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described but only
<br />as to such premises.
<br />Lot Forty -seven (47), Le Heights Fourth Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska, which has the
<br />address of 2208 Viking Road, Grand Island, NE 68803.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
