Know All Men By These Presents <br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Steven S. <br />Stauffer and Lucy M. Stauffer, Husband and Wife, to FirsTier Bank, National Association, <br />Omaha, NE now known as U. S.
