<br />1. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed
<br />by AMELIA A. REIMERS, single, as Trustor, to Duane A. Burns, Attorney, as Trustee, for
<br />GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as
<br />Beneficiary, dated December 1, 2008, and recorded December 3, 2008, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200809901, AND dated
<br />December 1, 2008, and recorded December 3, 2008, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200809902, have been paid, and the Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deeds of Trust in the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Description of real estate.
<br />Lot Two (2) and Three (3), Block Four (4), Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
