<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DANNY K OBERG AND FAITH A OBERG, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JUNE 11, 1997 and recorded JUNE 16, 1997 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument # 97- 104693 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: Also releasing an
<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT FILED MARCH 3, 1999 AS DOC # 99- 102290 AND A
<br />MODIFICATION AGREEMENT FILED MARCH 3, 1999 AS DOC # 99- 102289
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises;
<br />LOT TWENTY -SEVEN (27) BLOCK FOUR (4), IN REPLAT OF RIVERSIDE ACRES, AN
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
