Kuebler, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska., on October <br />7, 1997 as Instrument No. 97- 108356 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the <br />following described real estate, to -wit: <br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK TWENTY NINE (29), IN CHARLES <br />WASMER' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
