<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 25, 1999, executed by Bosselman, Inc., as Trustor,
<br />in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed
<br />of Trust was recorded as Document #99- 106430 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 25th day of June, 1999.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), IN BLOCK
<br />FIVE (5), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 25, 1999, recorded as
<br />Document #99- 106430 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 3rd clay of June, 2015.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance of a Portion of Property Covered by Deed of Trust was
<br />acknowledged before me this 3rd day of June, 2015 by Tim A. Wojcik, President of Five Points Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee.
