<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 7, 2012, executed by Bosselman Pump &
<br />Pantry, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #201207931 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24th day of September, 2012.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), IN BLOCK
<br />FIVE (5), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 7, 2012, recorded as
<br />Document #201207931 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 3rd day of June, 2015.
