<br />Donald E. Short and Diane C. Short, husband and wife, herein called
<br />the GRANTOR, whether one or more, in order to sever joint tenancy,
<br />does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto

<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />Commencing at a point 100 feet west of the Southeast
<br />corner of Lot Two (2) of the County Subdivision of a part
<br />of the Southeast Quarter of Section Five (5) in Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and running thence west 50 feet
<br />from the line of said lot; thence north 195 1/2 feet;
<br />thence east 50 feet; thence south 195 1/2 feet to the
<br />place of beginning, above described property located in
<br />the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
