<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 17, 2000 & December 9, 2010, executed by Moises Llamas
<br />and Olivia Llamas aka Olivia V Lopez, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument
<br />Number 0200002191 on the 21st day of March, 2000 & 0201009483 on the 20 day of
<br />December, 2010 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A certain part of Lot Five (5) Voss Subdivision which is situated in the East half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (E1/2 SW1 /4) and the West half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 SE1 /4) of section
<br />Eleven (11) Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M. more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 5 and running thence South
<br />along and upon the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 280 feet, running thence West, at an
<br />angle of 90 degrees, 00' to the right, a distance of 100.00 feet, running thence North a distance of
<br />209.5 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 5, Voss Subdivision, running then Northeasterly
<br />along and upon the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 230 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />containing 0.927 acres more or less; together with all improvements and appurtenances but less
<br />that part of the frontage on Highway #30, which will be taken by the State of Nebraska for
<br />improvement of East Highway #30, which tract remains the property of the seller.
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd day of June, 2015.
