<br /> E�ents Affe�#ing Guaran#or. Any af the preceding e��nts occurs with respect to any Guaran�or vf any vf the
<br /> Indebtedness Qr any Guarantor dies or becomes incampetent, o� re�okes or dispufies the �alidity vf, or liab��i�y
<br /> under, any�uaranty ofi the lndebtedness.
<br /> Adverse Change. A materia[ ad�ers� change accurs in Trustvr's finan�ia! candition, or Lender belie�es the
<br /> prospect o�payment vr performance o#the lndebtedness is impaired.
<br /> Insecuri�y. Lender in gvod faith belie�es itself insecure.
<br /> R�ght to Cure. If any default, other�than a de�aul�k in payment is curable and if Trus�tor has not heen gi�en a n�tice
<br /> of a breach af�he same pro�isian af this ❑eed of T�-us�wi�hin fihe preceding twelve t�2} manths, it may be cured if
<br /> Trust�r, after Lender sends written n�tiGe tv Trus�or demanding cure vf such default: �1� �ures the defaul�within
<br /> tw�nty t��} days; or ��y if �he cu�e r�quires more than t►rventy ���� days, immedia�ely ini�iafies steps which
<br /> Lender deems in Lender's sole discretion tv b� sufficient to cure �he default and thereafiter continues and

<br /> RIGHTS AN❑ REMEDIES �N DEFAULT. If an E��n�of Default o�curs under this D�ed of Trust, a� any time thereafter,
