<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, it's authorized officer, as trustee under
<br />the Trust Deed dated 09/08/2014 land recorded on 09/17/2014, recorded as Instrument #201405891;
<br />executed by Jeff Williams a /k/a Jeff•ev J. Williams and Janine S. Williams, as Husband and Wife, as trustors
<br />in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been
<br />fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Jeff Williams a /k/a Jeffrey J. Williams and Janine S.
<br />Williams, as Husband and Wife, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Twenty-One (21) in R & B Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on Mav 29, 2015.
