TRUSTEES DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Olen <br />Price Jr. and Judy K Price, HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor to AREND BAACK, <br />Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated April 6, 1995, and recorded March 7, <br />1996, Document #96- 101684, in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the <br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these <br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all <br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the <br />following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />LOTS 8, 9, & 10, ARGO SECOND SUBDIVISION, VILLAGE OF <br />ALDA, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this day February 5, 2000 <br />TRUSTEE AREM R.
