W � co <br />TRUSTEES DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />Vaughn L Hesselgesser and Vicki L Hesselgesser, HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor to <br />AREND BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated September 9, 1997, and <br />recorded September 17, 1997, Document 997- 107714, in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the <br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these <br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all <br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the <br />following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />LOT 2, GRAND ISLAND INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION <br />SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this day February 5, 2000 <br />TRUSTEE AREND R.
