Connick, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated February 18, 2011, wherein Douglas Luth and Sherri Luth, Husband and Wife, are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 4, 2011, as Instrument No. 201101752; and contains as trust property the following- described real estate: together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property "; hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to: (a) make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust; and (b) have failed to pay the Real Estate Taxes that are levied against the Property.
