Clampitt, James R. Clampitt and Angie Clampitt, Trustors, to the United States of <br />America, acting through the Farm Service Agency, United States Department of Agriculture, as <br />Trustee for the benefit of the United States of America, acting through the Farm Service Agency, <br />United States Department of Agriculture, Beneficiary named therein, recorded June 30, 2011, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0201104891, <br />has been paid in part, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of <br />Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned as Trustee does, by these presents, grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and in the estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises: <br />I <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1l4SE1 /4) in Section <br />Six (6), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth P.M., lying North of <br />the center of the Track of the Main Line of the Union Pacific Railroad, subject to the right <br />of way of said Railroad, in Hall County, Nebraska <br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging <br />to such premises. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
