<br />in full, and the undersigned hereby releases the Mortgage on the following described property:
<br />The Southerly Eighty (80) feet of Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional Block Six (6) in
<br />John Voitle's Addition, and of its complement, Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Fractional Block
<br />One Hundred Thirty (130), in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition, both
<br />being additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
