<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by PATRICK O'NEILL , AN
<br />UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL
<br />to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK Trustee for the
<br />benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated August 3, 1999 and recorded August 4, 1999 _ in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA in Book at
<br />Page or Document No. 0099107846 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises
