<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 27, 2015, and executed by Constance J. Reisdorph, F /K/A
<br />▪ Constance Hameloth, and Thomas C. Reisdorph, Wife and Husband , as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on April 6, 2015, as Instrument No.
<br />201502123, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five

<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 22nd day of May, 2015.
