<br /> under the Deed of Trust dated December 13, 2010, executed by Pamela Lynn Ehlers; a single
<br /> person as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br /> g Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, document
<br /> number 201009606 on the 22nd day of December, 2010 and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br /> Trust above mentioned as follows:
