<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Daffodil,
<br />LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 21, 2007 in which Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded
<br />December 11, 2007 as Document No. 0200710331 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />securing an original stated indebtedness of $175,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and
<br />said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />Legal Description: Lot One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Nine (9), and Ten (10), in
<br />Block Sixteen (16) and Lot Five (5), in Block Fifteen, All in Baker's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska: Less and Excepting therefrom a tract of land conveyed to
<br />the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads by virtue of Condemnation proceedings in the
<br />County Court of Hall County, Nebraska and recorded as Document No. 200610814 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 22nd day of May, 2015.
