TRANSFER OF THE PROPERTY OR A BENEFfCIAL INTEREST IN BORROWER <br /> Section 18 af the Security [nstrum�nt is arr�ended to read as follows: <br /> Transfer of the Property or a Beneficial [nterest in Borrower. As used in this <br /> Section 18, "Enterest in the Property" means any legal or beneficial interest 9n the <br /> Proper�y, incfuding, but not ]imited to, those beneficial interests transfierred in a <br /> band for deed, contract for daed, insta[Iment sales contract or escrow agreement, <br /> tF�e infent of which is the transfer of #itle by Borrower at a future date to a <br /> purcl�aser. <br /> !f all or any �art of the Property or any interest ir� the Properfy is sold or <br /> transferred (or if Borrower is noi a natura� person and a beneficial interest in <br /> Barrower is sold or transferred} without Lender's prior written consent, Lender may <br /> require immediate payment �n full o�F alf sums secured by this Security Instrument. <br /> FEawe�er, this option shal[ not be exercised by Lender if such exerc�se is prahibited <br /> by Applicabfe �.aw.
