Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated March 26, 2010 (the "Deed of Trust ") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: Entered as Instrument No 0201002118 on April 1, 2010 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Grand Island, Nebraska. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: The West half (W1/2) of Lot Nine (9) in Frank P. Bark's Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPT the South Thirty -three (33) feet thereof vacated by the City of Grand Island filed April 24, 1974 in book 26, Page 503. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1822 E 7TH ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 -3012. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify lie Deed of Trust as follows: Extend maturity to May 20, 2020. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above; the termsof the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note ").
