<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. CI 13 -618 in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, not
<br />in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for VM Trust Series 1, a Delaware
<br />statutory trust, is the substitute plaintiff, and Steve Burns, Spouse of Keith A.
<br />Anderson, real name unknown, Donna R. Anderson, and Spouse of Donna R.
<br />Anderson, real name unknown, are the defendants, Wilmington Trust, National
<br />Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for VM Trust Series 1,
<br />a Delaware statutory trust, did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the substitute
<br />plaintiff the sum of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Twelve Dollars
<br />and Sixty -Four Cents ($1 14,712.64), plus interest and costs of suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master
<br />Commissioner should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be
<br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Timothy George
<br />Hruza, Master Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of
<br />Sale to him duly directed, did on April 9, 2015, inside the front door of the Hall County
<br />Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having first given due
<br />and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in each week for
<br />four consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said
<br />County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to S and M Restorations, LLC, for
<br />the sum of Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($48,500.00); and
<br />WHEREAS such Master Commissioner's sale was afterward confirmed on
<br />yy k, 2015, and the said Timothy George Hruza as Master
<br />Commissioner was ordered to convey said premises in fee simple title to S and M
<br />Restorations, LLC, a limited liability company.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I Timothy George Hruza, Master Commissioner, in
<br />consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and
<br />the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant, and convey to S and M
<br />
