<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the Indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KEVIN F BECK AND GRETCHEN
<br />S BECK, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to BANK OF DONIPHAN, A NEBRASKA CORPORATION Trustee for the
<br />benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN ,the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated JANUARY 27, 1999 and recorded FEBRUARY 12, 1999 In the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA —,Instrument No.
<br />99- 101644 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the

<br />East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter for a distance of 825.73 feet to
<br />the actual Point of Beginning; thence S 89 degrees 01' 54" W for 1323.00 feet to a point on the
<br />West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing
<br />of N 00 degrees 02' 37" W on the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />for 515.00 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence N 89 degrees 53' 52" E on the North line
<br />of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Qnarter for 1322.46 feet to the Northeast corner
<br />thereof; thence S 00 degrees 05' 11" E on the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter fpr 495.00 feet to the Point of Rtginning.
