Stat. 76 -201): <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE'-4SW1 -4) of Section <br />Thirty -six (36), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said <br />tract being more particularly described as follows: <br />With reference to the Southeast corner of said SE�-4SW1 -4; <br />thence running N 00 °05'11 "W on the East line of said <br />SE1 -4 SW1-4 for a distance of 825.73 feet to the actual <br />POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 89 °01'54 "W for 1323.00 <br />feet to a point on the West line of said SE1 -4 SW1 -4; thence <br />on an assumed bearing of N 00 °02'37" W on the West line <br />of said SE1 -4 SW1-4 for 515.00 feet to the Northwest corner <br />thereof; thence N 89 °53'52 "E on the North line of said <br />SE1 -4 SW1-4 for 1322.46 feet to the Northeast corner <br />thereof; thence S 00 °05'11 "E on the East line of said <br />SE1 -4SW1-4 for 495.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) <br />with GRANTEES that GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free <br />from encumbrances except for easements and restrictions of <br />record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against <br />the lawful claims of all persons. <br />Executed as of the florf( day of January, 2001. <br />Kev n F.
