WHEREAS, Declarant executed an Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Design Guidelines for Copper Creek Estates, which was duly filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 21, 2013, as Instrument No. 201309222 ( "Copper Creek Covenants "); and WHEREAS, Declarant has the right to include and subject the property hereafter described to the Copper Creek Covenants, as: NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant hereby includes and subjects that real estate described Lots One (1) through Fifty -Three (53), in Copper Creek Estates Sixth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; Lot One (1) in Copper Creek Estates Seventh Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and Lots One (1) through Forty -Three (43), together with Outlot "A ", in Copper Creek Estates Eighth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. to each of the covenants, restrictions, and design guidelines contained in the Copper Creek Covenants from and after the date of the recording of this Declaration of Inclusion.
