HARDEN, husband and wife ( "Licensor ") and STEVEN W. <br />DOWDING AND CHARLENE N. DOWDING, husband and wife ( "Licensee "). <br />WHEREAS, Licensor is the owner of the property legally described as Lot Twenty -one <br />(21), Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number Four, Hall County, Nebraska ( "Harden's Property "); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Licensee is the owner of the property legally described as Lot One (1), <br />Axford Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska ( "Dowding's Property "); and <br />WHEREAS, a white PVC privacy fence (the "Fence ") constructed upon Licensee's <br />Property encroaches upon Licensor's Property; and <br />WHEREAS, Licensor and Licensee desire to enter into this agreement concerning the <br />1. In consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) received by Licensor from Licensee, <br />Licensee may maintain and repair the Fence at Licensee's expense and risk in its current location <br />as indicated on the attached documents entitled "Site Study" and "Harden Survey ". <br />2.
