20010032 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, has previously determined that accumulation of garbage and refuse from the premises at 1402 Walnut, Wood River, Nebraska, was necessary to abate a public nuisance, and WHEREAS, notice of the declaration of immediate nuisance and hazard to public health and safety was given to the owner and occupant of the premises, Rochelle Robinson by mail and by personal n: t Fi� tin_ through the Hall County Sheriff's Office, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, is authorized to assess the cost of removal of garbage and refuse, as a special assessment against real estate pursuant to Section 18- 1752, R.R.S., Nebraska, after a public hearing, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, held a public hearing on the q— day of JANUARY , 2001, to assess the cost of removal against the land at 1402 Walnut. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS: 1.
