<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Doreen D.
<br />King, a single person, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar Association, as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR IN
<br />INTEREST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC.
<br />BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 30, 1997 and
<br />recorded October 8th, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska, as
<br />Document Number 97- 108389 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
