<br /> to da, anything affecting the Property �a} �hat is in �ialation af any En�ironmen�a� Law, �b} which creates an
<br /> En�iranmental Con�.ition, or �c} which, due to the presence, use, or release of a Hazar-dous Substance, creates a
<br /> candition �ha� adversely affects the �a1ue �f the Prvperty. The preceding two sentences sha�l not apply to the
<br /> presence, use, or storage on the Praperty of sma11 quan�iti�s af Hazardous Substances that are g�nerally recognized
<br /> to be appropriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of the Fraperty �in�luding, but nat �imited to,
<br /> hazardous substances in consumer products�.
<br /> Borrnwer sha11 pramptly gi�e Lender written notice of(a� any in�estigatian, clairn, dema.nd, �awsuit or other
<br /> act�on by any governmental or regulatory agency�r pri�ate party in�a��ing the Property and any Hazardous Subs�ance
<br /> or Environmen�al Law of which Barrower has actual know�edge,(b}any Environmental��ndition, including but not
<br /> limited ta, any spilling, leaking, discharge, release or threat of r�lease af any Hazardous Subs�ance, and �c) any
<br /> condi�ian caused by the presence, use or release of a Hazardous Substance vWh��h ad�ersely affects�he�alue of the
<br /> Property. If Borrower learns, or is notified by any g��ernmental or regu�at�ry autharity, or any pri�a�e party, �hat
<br /> any remo�al or other remediatian of any Hazardous Substance affecting the Property is necessary, Barrower shali
<br /> promptly take all necessary remed�al actians in a�cordance with En��ronmental Law. Nothirig herein shall create any
<br /> nbligati�n on Lender for an En�ironmental�leanup.

<br /> Z�. Acce�erat�an; Remedies. Lender shal� gi�e notice ta Borrower prior to acceleration fall�wing
<br /> Borrower's breach of any co�enant or agreement in this Security InStrumeat(but nat prior to accelerativn under
<br /> Section 18 unless Applicable Law pro�ide5 atherwise). The notice shal�sp�cify: [a�the default; (b�the activn
<br /> requir�d ta cure the default; (�}a date, not less than 3fl days from the date the notice is gi�en to Bvrrower, by

<br /> Barrower and to the other persons prescribed by Applicable Law. After the time required by Applicable Law,
<br /> Trustee shail g��e public aotice of sale to the persons aad in the manaer prescribed by Appii�able Law. Trustee,
<br /> without demand on Barrawer, shall sell the Property at pubiic auction to the highest �idder at the time and
<br /> pla�e and under th� terms des�gnated in the notice af sale in one or more parce�s and in any vrder Trustee
<br /> determ�nes. Trustee may pvstpaae sale�f all or any parce�of the Property by public announcement at the time
