<br />This COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEED OF TRUST ( "Security Instrument ") is made on May 12, 2015 by
<br />the grantor(s) 3801 NEBRASKA HIGHWAY 2, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, whose address is
<br />1114 ROAD 8, York, Nebraska 68467 ( "Grantor "). The trustee is Arend R. Baack, Attorney whose address is
<br />P.O. Box 790, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802 ( "Trustee "). The beneficiary is Home Federal Savings & Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island whose address is 221 South Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />( "Lender "), which is organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America. Grantor in
<br />consideration of loans extended by Lender up to a maximum principal amount of One Hundred Nineteen
<br />Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen and 22/100 Dollars (U.S. $119,617.22) ( "Maximum Principal
<br />Indebtedness "), and for other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, irrevocably grants,

<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Two (2), L. J. & R. A. Toner Properties Subdivsion, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said point also being on the southerly right of way line of State
<br />Highway No. 2; thence S 00° 29' 45" E, along and upon the west line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of Five
<br />Hundred Twenty Eight and Seventy Seven Hundredths (528.77) feet to a point which is Eighty (80.00) feet
<br />north of the southwest corner of said Lot Two (2); thence N 90° 00' 00" W, a distance of Four Hundred
<br />Seven and Eleven Hundredths (407.11) feet to a point on west line of the Southeast Quarter of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (SE1 /4NW1/4); thence S 00° 35' 43" E, along and upon said west line of the Southeast

<br />line; thence S 73° 21' 13" E, along and upon said southerly highway right of way line, a distance of One

<br />otherwise), water rights (whether riparian, appropriate or otherwise, and whether or not appurtenant to the above -
<br />described real property), wells, well permits, ditches, ditch rights, reservoirs, reservoir rights, reservoir sites,
<br />storage rights, dams and water stock that may now, or at any time in the future, be located on and/or used in
<br />connection with the above- described real property, payment awards, amounts received from eminent domain,
<br />amounts received from any and all insurance payments, and timber which may now or later be located, situated, or
