<br /> lmprovements. The word "�mprv�ements" means all existing and future imprv�ements, buiEdings, structures,
<br /> mobEle homes affixed on �he Real Prvper�y, facilities, addttivns, replacements and �ther constru�tion on the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "fndebtedness" means all principal, interest, and o�her amaun�s, costs and expenses
<br /> payai�le under the No�e or Related �]a�uments, together with al! renewals ❑f, extensions of, modifications of,
<br /> �onsolida��ons of and substitutions far the Note or Rela�ed Documents and any amvunfis expended ❑r ad�anced by

<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Fi�e Points Bank, its successors and assigns.

<br /> together with all accessions, parts, and addi�ians to, alI �ep[ac�ments of, and all substitu�ions for, any of su�h

<br /> Property. The word "Property" means �ollectE�ely the Real Prvperty and the Persanal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Property" mean the real proper�y, in�erests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trus�.
<br /> Re�ated Documents, The wards "Related ❑vcuments" mean ai� p�vmissv�y n�tes, Gredit agreements, Ioan
<br /> agreemenfis, en�iranmental agreements, guaran�ties, securi�y agre�ments, mort�ages. deeds o� firust, securi�y
<br /> deeds, collateral mor�gages, and all other instrumen�s, agreemen�s and documents, whether now vr hereafter
<br /> existing, exe�uted in connection with the Indelatedness.
<br /> Ren�s. The wvrd "Rents" means a[[ present and future rents, re�enues, income, issues, royal�ies, p�-ofi�s, and
<br /> other benefits deri�ed frvm�he Pr�perty.
