C4/ <br />m Z <br />-n m tas <br />Z 7 <br />D <br />m Ts H <br />T= <br />REAL ESTATE RETENTION AGREEMENT <br />For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth in this document: <br />"FHLBank" shall refer to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, located at One Security Benefit PI, Suite 100, <br />Topeka, KS 66606. <br />"Member" shall refer to EQUITABLE BANK (FHLBank's Member), <br />located at 113 N LOCUST ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 <br />"Borrower" shall refer to JOSE A RAMON - LONGORIA, AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL <br />located at <br />118 E 19TH ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 <br />For and in consideration of receiving direct funds in this amount Seven Thousand Five Kindred and 00 Dollars <br />($ 7500.00 ) (the "Subsidy ") under the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), which is governed by 12 U.S.0 <br />1430(j), 12 CFR Part 1291, and the AHP Implementation Plan (the Rules). The Subsidy is provided to Borrower as a <br />grant, subject to the five -year retention described herein. There is no obligation to repay the Subsidy, except as <br />further described in this Agreement and there is no interest on this grant. <br />This Agreement shall be properly recorded, at Borrower's expense, with respect to: <br />LOT THIRTY TWO (32) IN BLOCK FIVE (5), MORRIS THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />(or as attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof) (the "Property ".) <br />Return this recorded document to: <br />Equitable Bank <br />PO Box 160 <br />Grand Island NE 68802 -0160 <br />or, FAX COPY TO: <br />Borrower hereby agrees to maintain ownership of and reside in the Property as primary residence for a period of <br />five years ( "Retention Period ") from the closing date for the purchase of the Property as evidenced by the <br />settlement statement, or, for owner - occupied rehabilitation projects, this agreement shall be effective as of the <br />date of the final, signed cost certification, and further agrees that: <br />Revised: April 6, 2015 <br />
