<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, its authorized officer, as trustee under
<br />the Construction Deed of Trust dated 04/11114 and recorded on 04114/2014, recorded as Instrument
<br />201402145; Notice of Commencement recorded on 04/14/2014; recorded as Instrument 201402146; Trust
<br />Deed Addendum — Reamortized or Extended Loan dated 11/14/2014 and recorded 11/21/2014, recorded as
<br />Instrument 201407364; executed by N.P. Builders LLC. a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in
<br />which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been
<br />fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through its authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by N.P. Builders LLC. a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Northview Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on Mav 7.2015.

<br />On this 7` day of May. 2015, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County
<br />personally came Jared P. Wetovick, Branch President — CEO of Pinnacle Bank, a Corporation, to me
<br />personally known to be the President and identical person whose name is affixed to the above release,
<br />and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such officer, and the
<br />voluntary act and deed of said corporation.
