<br /> writing, an� insurance pr�ceeds, wh��her or nat fhe underly�ng �nsurance was required by Lender, sha�� �e
<br /> appiied�o res�arat�on or repair of the Proper�y, if the res�ora�ion or repair is econom�call� feasible and
<br /> Lender's security is not lessened. During such repair and res�oration period, Lender shall ha���he righ�to
<br /> ho�d such insurance proce�ds until Lender has had an oppo�.unit� �o �nspect such Praper�y�o ensure th�
<br /> work has been�ompleted�a Lender's sat�sfa�tion, provided that such inspect�on shal� be undertaken
