A&Ir� <br />Pr <br />nesent were Cuj,�_L Trustees: <br />Absent: <br />Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by y 6 hha - <br />-Cairo &,U(CL , a designated method for giving notice, as <br />shown by the (Affidavit of Publication) (Certificate of Posting <br />Notice) attached to these minutes. Notice of this meeting was <br />given to the Chairman and all members of the Board and a copy of <br />their acknowledgment of receipt of notice and the agenda is <br />attached to the minutes. Availability of the agenda was <br />communicated in the advance notice and in the notice to the <br />Chairman and Board of this meeting. All proceedings hereafter <br />shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the <br />attendance of the public. <br />Trustee yiffkeft n, introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />4t0-7-ra -CA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NEBRASKA: <br />Section 1. The Chairman and Board of Trustees hereby <br />find and determine that it is necessary and advisable that the <br />Village, under the authority granted by Sections 18 -2001 to 18 -2005 <br />inclusive, Reissue Revised Statues of Nebraska, 1943, Reissue 1997, <br />without petition or creating a district, cause the following <br />unpaved streets within the Village to be improved by paving with <br />integral curb, gutter and all necessary and incidental <br />appurtenances thereto: <br />Harb Rd., from Egypt Street to U.S. Highway No. 2, which <br />improvement shall be known as Street Improvement Project <br />No. 99 -3. <br />Harb Rd., from Egypt Street to Medina Street, which <br />improvement shall be known as Street Improvement Project <br />No. 99 -4. <br />Section 2. It is further found and determined that the <br />streets to be improved in Street Improvement Projects Nos. 99 -3 and <br />99 -4 inclusive intersect paved streets and do not exceed two <br />blocks, including intersections, or 1,325 feet, whichever is the <br />lesser, and that all streets, when paved, will each respectively <br />make one continuous paved street. <br />Section 3. The street improvements in Street Improvement <br />Projects Nos. 99 -3 and 99 -4 inclusive, as set out above, be and the <br />same hereby are ordered to be constructed and the plans and <br />specifications and estimate of cost of the engineer in the amount <br />
