In consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived by the undersigned and any purchaser or purchasers of a lot in Summerfield Estates Eighth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns or grantees, the undersigned hereby stipulate and agree that the foregoing real property shall be subject to the restrictive covenants, restrictions and conditions contained in the DECLARATION OF RESTRICITIVE CONVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES EIGHT SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION ( "the Restrictive Covenants ") executed by LITTLE B'S CORP., a Nebraska corporation, as Owner, to which this consent is attached.
