CONSENT <br />TO <br />DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND <br />CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES EIGHTH SUBDIVISION <br />HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION <br />The undersigned are the owners of the following- described real property located <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Three (3). Block Two (2), Summerfield Estates Eighth Subdivision, in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived by the undersigned and any <br />purchaser or purchasers of a lot in Summerfield Estates Eighth Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, <br />successors, assigns or grantees, the undersigned hereby stipulate and agree that the <br />foregoing real property shall be subject to the restrictive covenants, restrictions and <br />conditions contained in the DECLARATION OF RESTRICITIVE CONVENANTS, <br />RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES EIGHT SUBDIVISION <br />HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION ( "the Restrictive Covenants ") executed by LITTLE B'S <br />CORP., a Nebraska corporation, as Owner, to which this consent is attached. The <br />Restrictive Covenants are incorporated herein as if set out in full herein.
