In consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived by the undersigned and any purchaser or purchasers of a lot in Summerfield Estates Eighth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns or grantees, the undersigned hereby stipulate and agree that the foregoing real property shall be subject to the restrictive covenants, restrictions and conditions contained in the DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES EIGHTH SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION ( "the Restrictive Covenants ") executed by LITTLE B'S CORP., a Nebraska corporation, as Owner, to which this consent is attached. The Restrictive Covenants are incorporated herein as if set out in full herein. The Restrictive Covenants shall be binding upon the heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns and grantees of the undersigned. Any purchaser or purchasers of the foregoing real property and their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns or grantees agree to the Restrictive Covenants by acceptance of any conveyance of the foregoing real property.
