<br /> You are hereby notified that Francisco Martinez Pintor and Juanita R. Martinez, as husband and
<br /> wife, as Trustors, did on or about October 15, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal
<br /> Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following-
<br /> described real property:
<br /> Lot 7, Block 135, Union Pacific Railway Company's Second
<br /> Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br /> the Easterly 3 feet of the Southerly 66 feet
<br /> as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank,
<br /> Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 25, 1996, in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96-108407.
<br /> On or about October 23, 1996, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br /> right,title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br /> Assignment was recorded November 7, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96-108817.
<br /> You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br /> the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br /> payments which were contractually due.
<br /> You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br /> balance,together with interest thereon,at once due and payable,and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br /> to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
