<br />111E RIVER WHOOPING CRANE MAINTENANCE TRUST, INC., a
<br />Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR c'
<br />($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey to LARRY D. WOITASZEWSKI
<br />and ANNE MARIE BOHAN, husband and wife, as joint tenants not
<br />tenants in common, Grantees, the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />All of that part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(W1 /2 SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -Five (35), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., lying north of
<br />Interstate 80, all that part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4 SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -Five (35),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., lying north of Interstate 80, and all that part of Lot
<br />Four (4), Section Two (2), Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., lying north of Interstate
<br />80, all located in Hall County, Nebraska, containing 110
<br />acres, more or less,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, PLATTE RIVER WHOOPING CRANE MAINTENANCE
<br />TRUST, INC has caused these presents to be signed by its President
