<br />GRANTORS, convey and release to Donald W. Gulzow, all of Grantors' interest in the following described real estate

<br />Subject to easements and restrictions of records, including the provisions of Article V A of the Decedent's
<br />probated Last Will and Testament which imposes a right of first refusal on the distribution made to Grantee herein.
<br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEE is the entity entitled to distribution of the real estate from
<br />said estate. GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey
<br />and release the same.
<br />This Amended Deed of Distribution replaces the initial Deed of Distribution filed November 18, 2013 and
<br />recorded in Book 13 of Record Page 5535.
